The mark consists of a square with round edges. From the right side of the square to the left, there are four wavy lines that get progressively thicker and have a progressively small space in-between. To the left of the fourth, thickest wavy line is a small empty space, followed by another thin wavy line that touches the top of the square and wraps to the bottom left-hand corner of the square. There are eight Japanese characters within the boundaries of this wavy line and the left side of the square. The Japanese characters are divided into three columns, two characters in the left column, three characters in the middle column, and three characters in the right column.
