The mark consists of product packaging trade dress including a dark green background; an elliptical shape in broken lines outlining the wording OSHIBORI in broken lines provided in the top right hand corner of the label to show the position and placement of the features of the mark; the wording AROMA PREMIUM WITH YUICA in broken lines positioned under the elliptical shape and left justified along the left side of the label to show the position and placement of the features of the mark; a hinoki or cypress leaf with several branched needle-like leaves extending from a twig provided on a right side of the label under the wording YUICA; a horizontal white line centered on the label in a width direction and extending partially across the width of the label, the horizontal white line being placed below the leaf and more than halfway down the length of the label, and the wording YUICA provided under the horizontal white line to show the position and placement of the features of the mark. The broken lines depicting the rectangular outlines of various places on the packaging indicate where generic wording will be inserted, and the broken lines depicting the outline of the label only serve to show the position and placement of the features of the mark, and these broken lines are not part of the mark.
