The mark consists of a blue circle with a tan outline and a tan circle inside. In the middle of the blue circle is an image of a tan and white book, with a gold decorative crest above the book and white leaf designs on either side of the book. To the left and right of the leaf designs are gold curved lines with tan horizontal underlines.
