Mental health services and support to help improve the quality of life for caregivers; Providing classes, workshops, education and seminars for training and educating caregivers to teach their children new skills or help them manage misbehaviors at home; Providing classes, workshops, education and seminars for caregivers that allow caregivers to talk about how the disability diagnosis has affected their lives and allows caregivers to connect to other caregivers walking the same journey; Providing classes, workshops, education and seminars about ways to shift a caregiver's language and perspective of disabilities; Providing online and in-person community events for caregivers; Providing classes, workshops, education and seminars about preventing child abuse and neglect in the disability community, including how each protective factor is impacted by a diagnosis, providing a conceptual framework of each protective factor, and providing pedagogical tools caregivers can use to make changes that will help strengthen families; Advocating for the rights and inclusion of people with disabilities to create a more accessible and equitable society; Providing advocacy training to strengthen relationships within the disability community.
