Smoking articles, namely, ashtrays, electronic cigarettes, oral vaporizers, lighters, and rolling trays; Flavorings, other than essential oils, for use in electronic cigarettes; Disposable personal oral vaporizers for smoking purposes; Non-tobacco, herbal cigarettes, pre-packaged smokeable hemp flower, dried hemp flower for smoking, pre-rolled hemp cigars, pre-rolled hemp cigarettes; all of the foregoing derived from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis.
