Making the Moment Matter offers a set of self-development programs. In creating these programs, I design exercises and practices and teach theories about the mechanics of how we create the experiences we have moment-by-moment. Through Making the Moment Matter, people become more present, mindful, compassionate, responsive, and effective by learning how to study their own thoughts, feelings, and impulses, and improve how they create their in-the-moment experience in order to have more meaning in their lives. These generic and individualized programs of Making the Moment Matter support self-improvement through self-discovery and skill development.
