The mark consists of The mark consists of a circular seal design. Around the outer edge of the seal, there is the wording "TOCCOA FALLS COLLEGE" at the top and "WHERE CHARACTER IS DEVELOPED WITH INTELLECT" at the bottom, both written in capital letters. In the center of the seal, there is an image of a waterfall cascading between two cliffs with trees visible at the top. Above the waterfall, there is a lit oil lamp. On either side of the waterfall are two torch designs, each lit with a flame. Across the middle of the seal, superimposed over the waterfall, is a ribbon with the words "TOCCOA FALLS" in capital letters. Below the waterfall image, within the seal's inner circle, is the phrase "FOUNDED 1907," also in capital letters.
