The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of packaging for the goods seen from multiple angles that are comprised of a clear bottle with a tan colored cap. The bottom portion of the bottle bears an irregularly-shaped and textured relief. The rest of the bottle has a smooth transparent texture. There is a thin cream colored label that is bordered with silver bands and silver dots that extends across the top of the cap and down to the top portion of the neck of the bottle. The neck label is turquoise blue and is bordered by silver bands. Placed between the bands are thin white wavy lines. The face of the bottle has an cream rectangular label that contains three grey horizonal lines going across with the top line being placed near the top and the bottom line being placed near the bottom of the label. The middle horizontal line is placed closer to the top line, creating a larger gap between the middle and bottom line. Between the middle and bottom line and to the left is a design consisting of a black circle that slightly overlaps the middle horizontal line and within the circle is a green, dark green and white agave plant set against a turquoise blue semi-circle that is flat at the bottom. Immediately to the right of the design is a vertical grey line. On the right side of the vertical line is a rectangular design that consists of shades of light blue, blue and gray and partially overlapping the rectangular design is a wide wavy rectangular shape that appears transparent so the shades of blue comes through. Directly below the rectangular design is a another think horizontal grey line. On the back of the bottle is an cream colored label with a turquoise blue border.
