The mark consists of silhouette of a red PHEONIX with its wings extended upward slightly curling towards the center of the specimen, with the head of the PHEONIX looking to the left wing, on the chest of the PHEONIX is a dark blue SHIELD, with THREE WHITE STARS centered from left to right with the center WHITE STAR being slightly larger than the WHITE STAR to the left and to the right, below the THREE WHITE STARS are FOUR LATERAL WHITE LINES and FIVE LATERAL WHITE LINES with the LATERAL WHITE LINES on the left and right of the shield curling down and meeting at the center point of the dark blue SHIELD.
