The mark consists of a color blocked rectangular image as if going through a tunnel. The walls of the tunnel are dark blue. The straight blocked line running across the top portion of the tunnel starting from left to right are the gradient colors of golden yellow, yellow orange, orange, dark orange and red. In the middle is an opening shape of a semi circular tunnel with the colors mimicking a sunset. The colors degrade such that it references the colors of a sunset, starting at the top opening of the "tunnel" with a yellow horizontal stripe, followed by descending stripes of golden yellow, yellow orange, orange, dark orange and red. In the center of the tunnel are the silhouettes in the color black of both a male and female doctor each adorning white stethoscopes. When looking at the image straight on, the "tunnel" opening is flanked by a circle on the upper righthand side. The inner circle includes a circle filled in dark blue, with the medical caduceus symbol contrasted in light blue with the word "DEF" cutting through the center of the caduceus written in capitalized, standard type, lettering. The (and Color Location, if applicable) letters "NP" flank the left side of the tip of the caduceus and the letters "PA" flank the right side of the tip of the caduceus. The entirety of the outer circle is outlined in red and with the words "DERMATOLOGY EDUCATION FOUNDATION" written in white across the top. The bottom of the circle bears the web address "www.DermNPPA.org" also written in white. Below the opening of the tunnel are the words "THE DERMALORIAN THIS IS THE WAY" are written in stylized font and in yellow orange. The word "THE" is the first word written directly below the opening of the tunnel and is flanked by two long lines running the length of the bottom of the tunnel. "DERMALORIAN" is written directly below the word "THE," followed by the words "THIS IS THE WAY" written directly below the word "DERMALORIAN". Below the words "THIS IS THE WAY" is wavy line from the left across to the right in yellow orange then below is another wavy blocked image from the left side of the rectangle across to the right in red.
