The mark consists of a monogram using the letters "IES" in a bold, geometric design which combines these letters into a single, cohesive symbol. The leftmost side of the monogram forms a lowercase "I" with a solid, vertical, maroon rectangle and a small, gold square positioned above to form the dot on the "I." The "S" is formed by a thick, angular, maroon line which extends from the "I" and loops around to form an open square shape on the right side of the monogram. The lowercase "E" is integrated into the open space of the "S" and is marked with a short, horizontal gold bar positioned inside the upper portion of the "S." To the right of the "IES" monogram, is the word "INTEGRATED" in bold, uppercase, maroon lettering with a gold bar used to form the middle, horizontal line in the each of the "E's." Beneath the word "INTEGRATED," the phrase "ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS" is written in thin, uppercase, maroon lettering which is spaced out to run the length of the above word "INTEGRATED".
