The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising a microphone product design which features a distinct seven (7) sided microphone pop-filter grille plate, the square body of the microphone depicting a circular logo with the letters AEA surrounded by triple lines that encircles the square body above the logo and triple lines that encircles the square body below the logo, the thin band vertically framing the outside of the microphone grille, the distinct microphone yoke design consisting of two larger circular thumb nuts with serrated outside edges at the sides of the microphone body attached to a yoke in the form of a distinctly shaped band that comes to a slight diamond point which outlines the bottom square shape of the microphone with an exaggerated space between the microphone and yoke, with the yoke attaching to the mount encircling a large bolt design, with a distinct cylindrical mount design consisting of a small circular ribbed band at the top of the mount.
