The mark consists of a horse with a skull face with a blue, green and gray mane coming out of a bed of three blue and green roses with blue and green foliage on either side, above the literal elements "PALOMINO TEQUILA" in a stylized font set against a black rectangular background bordered by blue elements. "PALOMINO" appears above "TEQUILA" which is centered between two small orange stars with a horizontal line under the 'T' and 'A'. The color white is not claimed as a feature of the mark and merely represents a background color.
