The mark consists of a dark donut shaped ring having an image of a masked Ninja warrior positioned in the center thereof on a shaded background with the word ninja positioned circumferentially in the ring and centered directly above the warrior image and the word roofs positioned circumferentially in the ring and centered directly below the warrior image, a pair of oppositely disposed circles postioned in the ring on each side of the warrior image eqidistant intermediate the words ninja and roofs, and a pair of concentric outer rings extending circumferentially about and bordering the donut shaped ring.
