The mark consists of a stylized eagle with its wings unfurled giving the appearance of flight. Only the right side of the eagle's head is shown and it is facing upward and to the right. The view of the eagle is from below. A rectangular banner with the phrase "EAGLE PROVIDENCE" is superimposed on the image of the eagle. The word "EAGLE" using capitalized letters of a stylized font is above the word "PROVIDENCE" also using capitalized letters of a stylized font. The letters in the word "PROVIDENCE" are spaced out and are significantly smaller in size than the letters of the word "EAGLE". The left leg of the letter "A" in "EAGLE" starts slightly after the right leg of the letter "A", curves outward and to the left, extends downward between the letters "R" and "O" in the word "PROVIDENCE" and ends below the lower edge of the banner that is superimposed on the image of the eagle. The left leg of the letter "A" in the word "EAGLE" ends in a sharp point as if the left leg of the letter "A" in the word "EAGLE" were the talon of an eagle. The right leg of the letter "A" in "EAGLE" commences below and to the left of the upper portion of the left leg of the letter "A" in "EAGLE", extends vertically downward and ends where the right end of the horizontal line of the letter "A" in "EAGLE" begins. The horizontal leg of the letter "A" is connected to the right leg of the letter "A" in the word "EAGLE", extends horizontally to the left and ends before reaching the left leg of the letter "A" in the word "EAGLE" creating a gap. The color white in the mark merely represents transparent background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
