The mark consists of The Nova logo includes the word NOVA in all caps with a red circular graphic behind it that has two circles on it The Nova logo letters have a blue gradient with a light blue circular highlight on top a white stroke and an outside stroke with a different more drastic metallic blue gradient The red graphic goes behind the O in NOVA at an angle tilting to the right and passing behind the left side of the V The top circle in that graphic is above the left side of the V and the other circle falls on the bottom part of the graphic between the N and O in NOVA Where this graphic passes behind the hollow area of the O it does not appear The whole logo has a solid black drop shadow.
