The fourth part of the circle is another narrow strip in the color white. The fifth part of the circle is the bottom of the circle, in the color blue. Below all this is a horizontal line in the color dark gray, and below the horizontal line is the phrase KEEP AMERICA BEAUTIFUL AFFILIATE in the color dark gray, in all capital letters and in a smaller font size.
