The mark consists of an oil derrick in green with three droplets in green spouting from top of oil derrick, three line figures in blue depicting three individuals positioned underneath the oil derrick, heads of the depicted individuals positioned to the left and right of the oil derrick as circles, such that the left circle is larger than the right circle, the line figures depict the arms of the individuals on the left and right of the oil derrick as one continuous line, under the one continuous line is the line figure of the third individual positioned in between the body portions of the line figures representing the two individuals to the left and right of the oil derrick, the words, "PEOPLE SAFE" in blue is positioned underneath the line figures, and a circle in green positioned underneath the words, "PEOPLE SAFE", such that the circle include a middle portion in white shaped as a sine wave having a partial block in green within the middle portion forming a portion of a sine wave shape across three fourth's of the horizontal diameter of the circle.
