The mark consists of a stylized, capital letter "P" wherein the vertical leg of the letter P consists of a gap just above where the lower portion of the curved section meets the vertical leg. The lower section of the vertical section of the letter "P" is angled. A thick solid vertical line that is parallel to the vertical section of the letter "P" begins within the interior of the curved section, crosses the lower part of the curved section of the letter "P" and ends just below the curved section of the letter "P". The lower end of the parallel, vertical line also is angled. The design has the appearance of a combination of the letters "P" and "H". The color white in the mark merely represents transparent background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
