Providing services to assist employee administration and corporate strategies related to black, indigenous, and other people of color and maritime industry, namely, evaluation of diversity recruitment and onboarding, organizational assessment and employee engagement, business partnership search in the nature of matching clients with community and external partners, employee surveys and culture climate assessments, focus group facilitation and training for the purposes of creating safe space for communication on organizational struggles and nurturing collective support to discuss challenges related to workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), review and analysis of business strategies in the field of workplace DEI.

Providing education and training services related to black, indigenous, and other people of color and maritime industry, namely, mentoring in the field of employee resource and action groups, developing and reviewing curriculum in the field of cultural relevance, facilitating discussions for curriculum and program design, devising custom solutions for educational curriculum and programming, recommending resources for continued learning, creating kindergarten to twelfth-grade activities and curriculum, running and facilitating programs for the purpose of increasing awareness of ocean justice in the community, arranging and conducting of educational seminars in the field of public speaking.
