The mark consists of an outer circle, an inner circle disposed within the outer circle and a horizontal banner extending from outside one side of the outer circle, through both the outer circle and the inner circle, and through the opposite side of the outer circle. The word OK!TOBERFEST is positioned within and extends through both ends the banner. The first portion of the word OK!TOBERFEST, OK!, is in upper case and a first font. The second portion of the word OK!TOBERFEST, TOBERFEST, is in lower case and a second font that is different than the first font. A Bavarian pretzel, German beer stein and two bratwurst sausages are positioned in the upper half of the mark, and extend through both the outer circle and the inner circle. A plurality of relatively small polygonal shapes are positioned in both the upper half and the lower half of the inner circle. A separate swirl design terminating in a pinecone is positioned within both the upper half and the lower half of inner and outer circles with the pinecone of each swirl design extending outside the outer circle. The space between the inner circle and outer circle of the lower half of the mark includes the acronym OKC surrounded by images of beer and beer bubbles.
