The mark consists of a dog's head and upper body with a collar around it's neck and the words BART'S MILE underneath the dog and the words EXTORTION 17 underneath BART'S MILE, all surrounded by a dog leash in the shape of a triangle whereby the words overlay two sides of the triangle and stars are spaced apart within the upper part of the triangle surrounding the dog's upper body and a dog's paw print is centered beneath the words within the triangle.
