The mark consists of a graphic image and the word "UpLift" in mixed case, with the letters "U" and "L" capitalized. The graphic image is comprised of two elements. The first element is an abstract representation of an ascending three-column bar graph, which may also be perceived as three tall buildings, viewed at an angle and drawn to appear to be three dimensional. A vertical line is drawn in the center of each bar/building which is thicker than the line forming the outline of the bars/buildings. The second element is a curved, right-pointing arrow which begins at the bottom of the leftmost bar/building and swoops across the bottom of the three bars/buildings, almost but not touching them, and extends slightly beyond them and points at the word "UpLift".
