The mark consists of The shape of Texas is overlayed with the colors of the Puerto Rican Flag, specifically: a light blue triangle on the hoist (left) side with a white, five-pointed star in the center of the triangle. Starting at the top, there are five horizontal stripes, three red and two white (alternating). There is a red heart in the center of Texas where (our) City of Austin is located. The design creates a 3D effect with darker blue. All the lettering is in white and is located beneath the flag; the lettering specifically says: Boricuas en Tejas (Boricuas in Texas); and in smaller font, Puerto Rican Cultural Center, www.prfdance.org.
