The mark consists of in white capitalized letters with a black outline the words "HIGH & HUNGRY" where the phrase is divided into two parts by an animated cartoon cheeseburger with "HIGH &" above and "HUNGRY" below. In the word "HIGH" the letter "G" is drawn in a manner so that the letter appears to have a bite mark, and then in the word "HUNGRY" the letters "U" and "G" are also drawn in a manner so that the letter appears to have a bite mark. The phrase "HIGH & HUNGRY" is divided by an animated anthropomorphized cheeseburger. The cheeseburger is surrounded with a black outline, and the top bun contains eight sesame seeds which are drawn white with a black outline and then there are two eyes that are pink to represent bloodshot eyes with light green irises and bags under the eyes. Below the top bun is a layer of green lettuce and a piece of yellow cheese with some shading that is represented in a dark yellow from the lettuce above as well as a red tongue (with light red and dark red to resemble shading) which is protruding out on the left side of the face nestled in between the lettuce, cheese and brown beef patty. The beef patty is dark brown with light brown and black spots to resemble gristle and grease that all sit on top of the bottom bun. The white background outside of the black outline of the words and cheeseburger is not claimed as a part of the mark.
