The mark consists of a black circle outlined in red and containing a smaller circle, with the words "Professional Black Belt Academy Est. 1982" in white stylized font. In the smaller inside circle, the elements of the Texas state flag are represented via a blue field on the left half of the inner circle, and having a white field covering the upper right quarter of the inner circle, and having a red field below the white field which contains three Korean letters whose transliteration is "Tae Kwon Do" in Yellow. In the center of the circles is a man in black and white outlined in yellow in a white martial arts uniform having a black belt shown executing a high kick. A red banner is located over the bottom portion of the circle design as a placeholder for adding city names.
