The mark consists of a rectangle with rounded corners that is half black and half red, with the color change occurring at a diagonal line from the top right to the bottom left, with the left side black and the right side red. There is a solid white fish superimposed on top and filling most of the rctangle. The fish is facing to the right and has a red eye, a jagged top fin with another smooth fin behind it at the top, as well as two fins at the bottom, one small and one smooth behind it, and a split tail fin.
