Has Equipment and Instruments. 6. Has Qualified Call Coverage. 7. Has Clinical Pathways and Standardized Operating Procedures. 8. Has Team and Support Staff including a Program Coordinator, Nurses, Physicians, and Consultive Team. 9. Has Comprehensive Patient Education for Consent and Procedures. 10. Has Continuous Quality Assessment.
