The mark consists of a back shaded circle, inside of which lie four concentric half spiral shapes revolving toward the center of the image, with each half spiral comprised of a series of a series of blue lines arranged in descending size that are even spaced, with each half concentric spiral arranged atom the other with spaces in between the individual half spirals, with each spiral being arranged in descending order of size from the largest outermost half spiral to the smallest inner spiral. The white color not intended to be a part of the image and is included solely as a background for placement of the image.
