The top of the figure has an incomplete large triangular shape with an incomplete triangular shape within. Both the large and inner triangular shapes are made of dark blue lines, and the two triangular shapes are connected on the left side by a horizontal line with their right sides not connected. The inner triangular shape consists of only a left and right side with the bottom being open. The inner triangular shape has light blue, angular shading with the left leg having a solid light blue shading of even thickness on top, and the right leg having a solid light blue shading of tapered thickness on top. The tapered shading of the right leg is larger at the top and narrows to a point on the right leg of the inner triangular shape. The center of the figure has an incomplete third triangle consisting of two arrows, one following the other. The arrow on top is composed of a medium blue line representing two legs of the triangle and starts on the left side of the triangle and extends to the right side of the triangle with the tip of the arrow pointing downward to the right. The arrow on bottom is composed of a dark blue line representing one leg of the triangle, and starts on the right side and extends horizontally to the left with the tip of the arrow pointing left. Both arrows have small tails extending from their backs. The arrows do not have shading attached. The arrows are not connected to each other or to the other polygons comprising the figure. The bottom of the figure consists of three incomplete trapezoids. The left and right trapezoids are made of medium blue lines and the middle trapezoid is made of a light blue line. All three incomplete trapezoids have left sides that are open and incomplete. All three incomplete trapezoids have one leg with tapered shading attached, with the left trapezoid's shading attached to the right side, the middle trapezoid's shading attached to the right side, and the right trapezoid's shading attached to the top. The shading on the left and right trapezoids are light blue with the center trapezoid's shading of an even lighter shade of blue. The three incomplete trapezoids are not connected to each other or to the other polygons comprising the figure. The colors of very dark blue, dark blue, medium blue, light blue and lighter blue are features of the mark. The figure has a white background but the color white is not a feature of the mark.
