The mark consists of A centrally located blue partial rain drop having a inclining origin to an angular arched apex and ending in a descending slope curving from right to left and conjoined to a green descending and curving slope from left to right originating and abutting the bottom portion of the blue rain drop, curving upwards and angled from left to right, behind said rain drop and terminating in a leaf-like structure where both the origin of the blue rain drop and termination of said green leaf-like structure are connected to a red flame.
