The mark consists of the word element of "MATT'S ARM LIFTING SOLUTIONS". The word element is then displayed within a design element wherein the separate words and the design can all be shown with varying shades and hues. The word element is displayed first as in a very large all-caps thick lettering of the words "MATT'S ARM" on the first line of the mark, and then beneath the first line and as aligned directly under the first four letters of that first line, and namely underneath the lettering of "M" "A" "T" "T", is a display of the two smaller words "LIFTING SOLUTIONS" which are shown as being in a small and thin lettering and with initial-caps. Next, the mark's drawing element is shown as being composed of three separate but contiguous shapes consisting first of a singular scalene-triangular shape which acts as an adjoinment between the upper and the lower trapezoid-box-like-shapes; and with the drawing elements jointly representative of a hoisting lift tool; and, wherein at viewing the hoisting lift tool, the affixing viewpoint can vary as either being viewed as being a forward/rightward facing lift tool and having a suggestive movement as in a frontward and rightward lift, and alternately, as the viewpoint as being viewed as being beneath the lift as that of observing from an upward-looking view of a lift tool, with a suggestive movement upward and rightward and as viewing from the beneath of the bottom shape and beneath of the top shape, and the beneath and the behind of the triangular shape, and as displaying the three-part hoisting lift tool as shown with its bottom platform aimed beneath the wording and its top platform aimed above the wording as in a preparatory lifting position.
