The mark consists of a crosshair reticle with an open circle at its center placed and centered within a circle that is centered and surrounded by two (2) of the letter "L" with one L being upright in the upper left quadrant and the other L being rotated clockwise 180 degrees in the lower right quadrant, with the vertical sides of the Ls being curved clockwise in a semi-circular manner to form a boomerang/ying-yang shape opposite end format from each other that also resembles a steering wheel. The words "Locked In" are centered directly above the circle with crosshair reticle and below the curved vertical end of the L in the upper left quadrant and the word "Logistics" is centered directly below the circle with crosshair reticle and above the curved vertical end of the L in the lower right quadrant. The words "Locked In" and "Logistics" have a narrow strip of a white line running horizontally across the entire upper quarter of the words.
