The mark consists of a design element on the same line and immediately preceding the literal element, of equal height to the characters of the literal element. The design element is an octagon edged in gold which contains a red border enclosing a smaller gold background. Upon that gold background is the stylized image of a red smiling cat with arms outstretched to display paws. The cat's head depicts smiling mouth, slanted eyes, and whiskers, all drawn in gold. At the end of each arm, three stylized claws are drawn in gold. Upon its abdomen is written the Roman character monogram for JT in gold, though distorted to simulate an Asian character. This is immediately followed by the literal element "ASIANSEXDIARY" in gold letters. The portion of the literal element amounting to the word "ASIAN" is rendered in characters resembling calligraphy written by a broad-nibbed pen with horizontal and vertical strokes of different thickness and containing character elements that sweep backwards in curves. It is immediately followed by that portion of the literal element amounting to the words "SEXDIARY" rendered in sans-serif block letters.
