The shadfly is surrounded by a blue circle with the right tan wing extending up past the blue circle on the top right. "CLINTON" in a stylized green font arcs on the top left portion of the blue circle. "SHADFLIES" in a stylized green font arcs on the lower right side of the blue circle. The blue circle is surrounded by a tan border and then a blue border.
