The mark consists of of a generally rectangular shape divided into three generally equal horizontally stacked sections, the upper and lower sections having a solid blue background, the middle section having a white background, EL MEJOR" in yellow block lettering displayed as an arch with "DE ORIENTE" beneath in smaller italicized yellow block lettering appearing in the upper horizontal section; the general map of El Salvador appearing with blue background with the superimposed word El Salvador and a star, both in yellow, in the middle section, and in the lower section, there there is depicted an outlined general map of Central America in yellow, an enlarged blue outlined view of the country of El Salvador with a white background extending outwardly to the right with a series of radiating lines, the name "LA UNION" and a star in blue, the words "QUESOS LAS DELICIAS" appearing with white letters and blue borders, the words "LAS DELICIAS" appearing below "QUESOS" in larger font size and forming an arch superimposed over the topmost section of the map of Central America.
