The mark consists of an alligator standing upright to the left of a caldron or large pot, the alligator wearing a chef's hat and an apron, the alligator holding a three-pronged fork in one front paw that is resting on the alligator's hip, and the alligator holding the handle of a paddle in the other front paw and stirring contents of the caldron or large pot with the paddle, the caldron or large pot resting on logs that are on fire with flames extending upwards along the outside of the bottom portion of the caldron or large pot.
