The mark consists of the capital letter "P" formed with an outline of the State of Palestine forming the left side of the "P" and an artistic rendition of the "Dome of the Rock Mosque" forming the right side of the "P"; in side the outline of the State of Palestine is a portion of the official national flag of the State of Palestine, depicted as three equal horizontal stripes from top to bottom of black, white, and green and a red triangle with its base along the hoist; the Dome of the Rock Mosque is depicted in white with a gold-colored dome with a gold sun positioned to the left of the Mosque's gold dome.
