The mark consists of an incomplete circle with a depiction of a hand, palm up, forming the bottom portion of the incomplete circle. Inside of the incomplete circle are four shaded circles. The shaded circles are oriented in a diamond shape with irregular polygons framing the outside of the shaded circles to form a cross with the negative space behind the shaded circles.
