The mark consists of a yellow triangular base with three yellow wheat branches and a white and navy courthouse, both sitting on a green field of grass with navy accents and outlining. At the end of each yellow wheat branch are circular designs of bread in consisting of a red and yellow circle on the left, a white and yellow circle with a hole in the center in the middle and a white and yellow circle with a yellow diamond shaped outline in the center on the right. Below the grass, there is navy line and a blue depiction of water. The water contains vertical rectangles throughout in the colors of red, yellow, green and white, and a white and blue fish. Above the water is a pink, red and navy sail boat. All depictions are set inside of a blue and navy background and the entire mark is outlined in navy. The remaining color white represents background and is not a feature of the mark.
