The mark consists of a fish hook displayed horizontally with the point and barb at the bottom, the tie eye at the left, the bend at the right, and the shank at the top. The inside of the bend has a portion of a fish head design facing right with an open mouth at the extreme right and a fish eye design to the upper right of the open mouth. The shank of the fish hook has a dorsal fin design attached to and above the the shank. Inside the gap of the fish hook are the horizontal words "MR. SHUCK'S SEAFOOD." Outside the hook, below the hook and between the point and the bend, are the words " HOOKED AT FIRST BITE!".
