The certification mark, as used by authorized persons, certifies that the services are being performed by a person meeting certifier's standards as to quality and proficiency in providing corporate budgeting, forecasting, project valuation and financial analysis services as reflected by the successful completion of a written examination and meeting minimum requirements of competency, skill, experience and knowledge set by the certifier.
