The mark consists of the image of a black circle within another black circle made to look like a thermostat. Centered within the outer circle is a stripe design of red and blue stripes at the top half and a number plate design with the numbers "50", "60", "70" and "80" on the bottom half. The middle circle has an upside down American flag design with red and white stripes along with white stars on a blue square background section of the flag. Centered over all this and slightly tilted is the wording "J.L. QUALITY" in a stylized, black cursive font. Centered below this and arched upwards to fit the circle above it is the wording "HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING" with "HEATING" in red font, "&" in black font and "AIR CONDITIONING" in blue font.
