Port services, namely, operating facilities for the shipment of goods nationally and internationally by sea, rail and truck through the provision of ship berthing facilities, leasing of cargo terminal areas, provision of on-dock rail, leasing warehouse space, gantry crane operations for loading and unloading of cargo, refrigerated and restacking storage services, storage of goods, transshipping of goods, and rental of warehouse, dockage, storage and delivery facilities in the nature of a foreign trade zone.
