(P)harmless Health helps men combat obesity, and regain masculinity in a (P)harmless manner. Our main pillars involve mindset, movement, nutrition and recovery. Clients have access to a pharmacist, personal trainer with nutrition certifications, and a wellness coach. The client will enroll into the program for a general period lasting 3-6 months in total or more if they prefer to extend the contract. There are no physical products sold in the contract but instead digital products with PDFs and an exchange of time allotted weekly for check-ins and calls with clients via zoom.
