The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that the authorized user: 1. Is knowledgeable in their obligations as a tenant to the property management company or landlord based upon set standards. 2. Is knowledgeable in their obligations as a tenant to care for the residence properly based upon set standards. 3. Is knowledgeable in their obligations as a tenant to use appliances and systems correctly based upon set standards. 4. Is knowledgeable in their obligations as a tenant to perform routine inspections and reporting maintenance issues to the property management company or landlord based upon set standards. 5. Is knowledgeable in their obligations as a tenant to complete the end-of-lease transition seamlessly based upon set standards.
