The mark consists of a shield with eight pointed spears coming out of the shield that are equally distanced and placed around the shield; the shield is outlined in black and immediately inside of there is a white line tracing that outline; inside the outlines of the shield and at the top of their shield there is a black rectangle containing five white stars, each are five pointed stars; the middle star is larger and surrounded by a white rectangle with an opening on the bottom of that rectangle; the middle of the shield has two five pointed stars that are outlined in black against a white background, one on the left side of the shield and one on the right side, and there is a right angle pointed toward the top of the shield made by a thick black section with white circles at the top and on each side of the angle; this angle point is directly between the two five pointed stars, and beneath the point of the right angle there is a white five-pointed star.
