The mark consists of a three-dimensional product packaging configuration in the nature of a rectangular box design divided into five panels that when configured consists of the following trade dress: from top to bottom, the first panel which forms the top of the box consists of a small dark blue oval cloud design inside a larger light blue oval cloud design surrounded by green, yellow, pink, purple, light blue, and dark blue dots displayed on top of a pink background; the second panel which forms the front and sides of the box displays a large dark blue oval cloud design inside an even larger light blue oval cloud design surrounded by green, yellow, pink, purple, light blue, and dark blue dots displayed on a pink background with a pink, orange, yellow, green, and purple rainbow candy design displayed in the bottom right corner, with a smaller dark blue oval cloud design inside a light blue oval cloud design surrounded by green, yellow, pink, purple, light blue, and dark blue dots displayed on the right side of the package displayed on a pink background; the third panel which forms the bottom and sides of the box displays a small dark blue oval cloud design inside a light blue oval cloud design surrounded by green, yellow, pink, purple, light blue, and dark blue dots displayed on a pink background; the fourth panel which forms the back and sides of the box displays a small dark blue oval cloud design inside a light blue oval cloud design surrounded by green, yellow, pink, purple, light blue, and dark blue dots displayed on a pink background, the white portions representing a placeholder for product information that is not being claimed as a portion of the mark; and the sixth panel which forms the top inside and sides of the box consists of a pink flap with white portions that are not visible on the box when folded and are not being claimed as a feature of the mark; on all of the foregoing, the color white is not claimed as a feature of the mark, the shape of the box is not claimed as a feature of the mark, and the remaining light green and dotted lines shown in the drawing are used to show the position of the mark on the foldable packaging for the goods and are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
