The mark consists of a three-dimensional product packaging configuration in the nature of a rectangular box design divided into five panels that when configured consists of the following trade dress: the first panel from the left which forms the side of the box consists of a small pink rectangular flap; the second panel which forms the back and top of the box displays a dark blue oval cloud design inside a larger light blue oval cloud design surrounded by green, yellow, pink, purple, light blue, and dark blue dots displayed on top of dual chambers, the left of which is in pink and the right of which is in purple, the white portions representing a placeholder for product information that is not being claimed as a portion of the mark; the third panel which forms the side and top of the box displays a dark blue oval cloud design inside a larger light blue oval cloud design surrounded by green, yellow, pink, purple, light blue, and dark blue dots displayed on a purple background; the fourth panel which forms the front and top of the box displays a larger dark blue oval cloud design inside a larger light blue oval cloud design surrounded by green, yellow, pink, purple, light blue, and dark blue dots displayed on top of dual chambers, the left of which is in purple and the right of which is in pink; and the sixth panel which forms the side of the box consists of a pink rectangular flap; on all of the foregoing, the color white is not claimed as a feature of the mark, the shape of the box is not claimed as a feature of the mark, and the remaining light blue and dotted lines shown in the drawing are used to show the position of the mark on the foldable flat packaging for the goods and are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
