The mark consists of product packaging trade dress and consists of a dark blue oval cloud design inside a larger light blue oval cloud design surrounded by green, yellow, pink, purple, light blue and dark blue dots. Surrounding the composite cloud design are five stylized animal characters, the bottom left of which appears in yellow and black with a pink tongue, the next character to the above right which appears in green, white, and black, the next character to the right which appears in purple, white, and black with a pink tongue, the next character to the lower right which appears in orange, black, and white with a pink tongue, and the remaining next bottom center character which appears in pink, black, and white. The bottom right displays a rainbow comprised of pink, orange, yellow, green, and purple candy. All of the aforementioned is displayed on a pink background, which is claimed as a feature of the mark.
